Tips to lessen computer work stress to your back

  1. Stop mouse work once per hour.
  2. Sit up straight in your chair.
  3. Try to touch both shoulders simutaneously to your ears then..
  4. Try to touch the floor with both hands.
  5. Perform this maneuver for 30 seconds each hour.

Computer usage is like an isometric exercise.  You end up using muscles in one position for long periods of time.  You want to use those same muscles in their full range of motion as often as possible.
